With all of the novel colors found in the "tauricum" seedlings
is might seem surprising that one of my very best named
selections is a yellow-flowered one, albeit pale yellow.
'Lemon Cooler' is a stocky, silver-stemmed selection that
clumps up well, only growing 8" (20 cm) tall. The sprays
of creamy yellow flowers, deeper yellow in bud, look like
popped popcorn. The photo above was taken at dusk with
the flowers appearing paler than when viewed in daylight.
