Over the years I have selected seedlings of Allium
flavum var. tauricum for diversity of flower color, dwarf
stature, gray or silver foliage, but most importantly, for
good clumping growth habit.  This selection wins on all
accounts, making a fine clump of silver stems nicely
complimented with light lilac pink flowers, a rather rare
hue for this species.  It grows about 8" (20 cm) tall.
